The founder of Bestex Manufacture, Patrick Bekkers (1974), has been active in the workwear industry for 27 years. At the age of 18 he started in 1992 with the company P. Bekkers Werk- en Bedrijfskleding. This company would be active in the sector for many years, and it would mainly create a large clientele in the agricultural sector, where much of the workwear from the range was sold door-to-door. After an outbreak of swine fever, the rules on door-to-door sales in the Netherlands were tightened and the company started to focus mainly on the schools, the construction and the transport sector. Thanks to these years of experience, Bestex has extensive knowledge of the agricultural sector and corporate clothing sector.
