National Account Manager - Posted 21-09-22


As a National Account Manager for Beeswift, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our key national accounts. You will work across our national accounts team to identify new opportunities and to build customer engagement.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successfully driving customer activity in PPE or associated industries.

Key duties

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key UK accounts
- Expand and develop the current share of wallet within the portfolio of accounts
- Expected to report into our Birmingham office regularly
- Be responsible for managing margin within the portfolio to ensure targets are achieved

Key skills and attributes

- Able to build long-term relationships at multiple levels within customers
- Well organised with the ability to analyse key performance metrics to develop and execute a sales plan
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Able to work collaboratively both internally and externally

Package and benefits

This role is full time with working hours totalling 37.5 hours per week.

As a Business Development Manager for Beeswift, your focus will be to deliver new sales growth across our portfolio of products. You will work with our national accounts team to identify new opportunities and to build customer engagement.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability utilise a consultative selling approach

As a Product Development Manager for Beeswift, you will be responsible for growing sales of our new and innovative product launches, focusing on technical performance and sustainability. You will be our expert in product specification and in generating market engagement for any new ranges.

- Knowledge of current legislation and regulations
- Ability to work with multiple levels within customers and prospective customers
- Knowledge of sustainability and corporate and social responsibility would be a benefit
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability utilise a consultative selling approach
- Able to work collaboratively with a variety of different sales teams
